VO asked couple of basic questions and informed me that the my application required some more verification. I received an email by the time I got home, I received an email asking me provide answers to a questionnaire (all entries are similar to ones found in DS-160). I sent the completed questionnaire along with my resume, H1B letters (support and VOE), transcripts, 10K document. Anyone who has been (or is) in the same boat, please provide an approximate process time (and chronology of steps) that was taken to obtain the H1B visa.

Case Last Updated : 12-Jan-2018, still shows AP.....hoping to get it next week.
Case Last Updated : 16-Jan-2018, Issued.....got a text to pick up PP.
