I was on L1 from sep 2016 and got H1B. Opted for COS to H1B is effective from Oct 1st 2017.
At the time of my L1 I was asked to submit 15 year work and travel history, sibling details etc AP was cleared with in week.
Went to consulate on 20th Nov for H1B and again asked to give same details. (form 5535).
Replied with details on 21st nov.
last case update date is still 20th Nov.(interview date)
