Applied for Visitor visa, submited my documents on the 16th of November, Interview on the 21st in melbourne, the interview officer was like we have to put you into admin processing as i come under the Technology alert list. asked me to submit my research proposal, abstracts and detailed cv. submited on 23rd November. Got an email asking me to send my passport and DS160 on the 28th december, Status changed to Issued on 4th January, waiting delivery of passport.
