10/04/2017 - Interview - I was informed that visa is approved and I can pick up in 3-5 days
10/13/2017 - VAC visit - no passport
10/15/2017 - Change pick up location
11/6/2017 - Follow up 1 - support team replied informing case was in administrative processing under 221g
11/8/2017 - Follow up 2
No documents asked. I have followed up several times since but did not get anything besides the standard response. Its a heartless process with no way to track progress or bottleneck!!!
