Hi People,
My status changed to H1B 2 weeks back from F1.. I am planning to get stamping on January 12th 2018 at Hyderabad.
After going through this blog, I understood that whoever went to stamping from Nov 2017, most of them recieved 221g's and Rejections.
Can someone tell me if going to stamping in these situations is safe or not?
I work for a client (EVVC model). H1B picked in April got RFE to prove the job is a specialty occupation and got approved on Dec 13th.
