My case is f1->h1 and came to india first time during h1. I was asked basic questions about f1 visa and h1 visa and was given 221 g white slip with no docs asked.
Posting this so that it would be helpful for others to track the wait times. Here are my timelines
case last updated : 21st dec 2017 (Interview date)
case last updated changed to 3rd jan 2017 but still same status.(took 7 working days for this update)
case last updated changed to 4th jan and status changed to issued.
Hoping to get the passport next week, i still didn't the passport pick up message.
