Experience - I had all the documents with me in the file but the African-American Visa officer did not ask me anything and I was told to go to another window where an Indian lady handed me over white slip 221g and was asked to email CV, Research, Itinerary, Sponsorship details to them

Current Status is - Administrative Processing.
I have been in the US since 2012 and had no issues before in getting my H1 stamped, did it for 3 times.
I was amazed that the officer was unable to make any decision on the visa and the reason was she did not ask me any document!! This is ridiculous. She sent about 6 people in front of me to the same 221g window!
For the very first time since the day of my interview my case got first updated today on 18th January 2018.
Status changed to. "ISSUED" at 12:48 PM on 19th January 2018
