On Dec 12, I attended H1B visa interview at Mumbai consulate and VO kept the passport and said your visa is approved. After 2 hrs. received an email saying "Your application for a nonimmigrant visa is in pending status. We require further information. Please follow the instructions mentioned in the attachment." They asked me to respond to a questionnaire asking for 15 years travel history and other details. I responded back on Dec 13. But no status update since then. Please comment if anyone is facing the same issue.
May 11 - Received email from [email protected] to submit the passport. Submitted it.
May 16- Case updated
May 18- Case updated
May 22- Received email to collect passport - collected the passport. Passport was not stamped and a new 221g slip was issued. Received one more email to submit the passport again at the same time. Submitted the passport.
May 23- case updated.
May 25- Visa issued.
May 28- collected the passport.
