Notes:
Hello All, I would like to post my H1 Visa interview experience. I was given 221g blue slip with project description document checked in it. I needed to submit the document to the consulate via email and not have to make any further appointments. Fingerprint appointment date: 11/20/2017 Interview Date: 11/21/2017 I work for XXX company and my client is YYY. I was asked for project description document in the visa interview on 11/21/2017. My employer submitted the letter on 28/12/2017 with the necessary details. I got a response from the consulate on 11/01/2018 with another 221g asking for the end client letter. I work in my employer office location which is XXX and not in the client office location. My client has a policy not to provide client letters and my employer is submitting the alternative documents such as Master service agreements, SOW and work order details. My questions is will these documents be sufficient to convince the consulate? if not, what other documents needed ?
