March 7th: Received email to submit passport
March 14th: Passport returned with another 221g slip exactly same as earlier with March 13th as date.
July 10th: Followed up for 3rd time (first time after 3 months) asking if any update available
July 12th: Asked to submit passport on response to follow up email
July 16th: Submitted Passport
July 17th: Last update date changed. Case Status: Still AP
July 18th: Issued and Passport ready for pick up in evening
