Hi All,
I'm an unlucky with respect to H1B. After 4 years, successfully picked up in lottery for H1 (In US on H4 visa) and because of family emergency have to come to India and attended interview on Feb 9th 2018,
I work for a small employer (they have both consulting and product development). I work on their own Product.
This is my first H1b Stamping.
Questions asked by VO:
1. Salary
2. Inhouse project? Yes
3. Internal project?
4. Employer name and location?
5. Where do you work?
6. The existing visas I had (B1, H4)
7. Highest degree
8. Where is ur wife
My salary is 77k but its 75k in LCA. During the interview he aksed for LCA. At the end of the interview VO gave my white slip. After that
no documents asked from me.
Dont know what all these 221Gs are about. My wife and son are staying alone in US.
Since my salary is 2k more than that in lca, does it made VO to give 221G. Or the in-house project.?
Is anyone in same boat from h4 to h1?
