Feb 15, 2018 - Appeared to give fingerprints. CEAC last modified date updated.
Feb 20, 2018 - CEAC last modified date updated. Status - Administrative Processing
Feb 23, 2018 - "Administrative processing" on CEAC. But, the passport tracker status is "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." after I send email to ustraveldocs with passport number. It used to be "The current status of your passport is Picked Up.

Feb 26, 2018 - CEAC status Issued. I was unable to check the status all morning before it changed to Issued at 1 PM IST
Feb 27, 2018 - Picked up passport at around 2:30 pm
