1. No Change in status so far, My current EAD expired 2 weeks back, job is at risk.
2. Called USCIS after 75 days and raised the SR. Called again after 80 days and raised SR. For SR resolution timeline given is 30 days. So within 30 days it can get resolved any time that is what they told over the phone.
3. On 86th day: Googled for nearest congress office and submitted the consent form, ID proof, copy of USCIS receipt notice (I797).
At congress office they told the cases are piled up so they will process in the order they have been received. They will mail the status.
So waiting patiently.
March 17th:
I received notice from USCIS that my case is approved. My case was approved on 91st day. I checked status change on mycase site on 93rd day. Received mail notification on 95th day. Expecting card in couple of days.
On the USCIS website there is no status change yet.
