Passport received with Blue slip: 13th Dec, 2017 (attend the interview at Chennai Consulate office with supporting documents)
Interview atteneded at Chennai: 15th Dec, 2017
Consular officer questioned regarding client, employer, salary, highest education, client letter, LCA and I-797. Answered all questions and provided all supporting documents and consular office after 15mins issued another 221g form with no more documents marked and informed they need to do some more administrative processing and it might take several weeks. Once the process is complete and the decision is made, email will be sent to submit the passport and I need to submit at the nearest dropbox office.
Till now no change in status and last update date is Dec 15th, 2017. I keep following via call and email and I always receive same response, wait until the process is complete and if any additional documents is required I will be contacted regarding the same.
