Applied B1/B2 visa to attend a scientific conference. I am studying PhD in Biochemistry. VO said your application needs 'Administrative Processing', It will take 3-4 weeks to process, collected my CV, invitation letter and returned Passport and issued 221(g) yellow slip NO documents required. 27 March 2018: Case created 28 March 2018: Interview 28 March 2018: First update ('Administrative Processing') shortly after the interview. 03 April 2018: Second update ('Administrative Processing') 25 April 2018: I sent enquiry email to US consulate and UStraveldocs about status. But no reply. 26 April 2018: Third update around 11:20 am CEST. At 15:08 CEST email request to submit passport for final processing (Status AP). 27 April 2018: Passport shipped. 30 April 2018: Passport delivered to consulate. 07 May 2018: Fourth update around 13:00 CEST and status still AP. 08 May 2018: Status changed to 'Issued' around 13:00 CEST. 11 May 2018: Passport received. Only 'ONE YEAR VALIDITY :('
