Reached Delhi VAC at 3:56 PM (10 AM to 4 PM -- M to F PP pickup hours) and picked up passport and it contained the new VISA stamp.
Bring original INDIAN ID along with a copy, and preferably your confirmation document (I didn't bring DS-160 confirmation and verbally told my passport number)
