04/17: On roughly the 75th day SR submitted.
04/19: Received in email the response saying case is within processing time.
06/01: Case status on USCIS changed to approved.
Card and SSN received in mail within a week after case being approved.
Clearly the standard processing time has become 4 months, and they seem to only approve the case on the very last day of the 4th month. Plus the SR function is no longer usable if your case is within the posted processing time frame.
Therefore being patient is the only thing you could really do. Good luck everyone!
