F1 to H1 on EVC Model Jan 02, 2018: CEAC Case Created Jan 03: Interview day. Officer asked basic questions about job description, salary, employer and education. Returned passport at the end of the interview. Documents requested: I-797, I-129, LCA, Letter from end client, itinerary of services, contract, last 2 years pay stubs, last 2 years tax returns, last 2 years employer tax returns and list of petitioner's employees. Jan 12: All documents emailed Jan 16: Case date updated: AP Employer emailed consulate in Feb & March, 2018. No response. Contacted US travel docs several times in the past 3 months and got standard response. April 3: Got email from ustravel to drop passport, ceac status still AP & no change in date (Jan 16) April 4: Dropped Passport (took copy of email along to submit at visa center), ceac status still AP & no change in date (Jan 16) April 5: Case date updated, status: AP April 13: Case date updated, status: AP April 16: Issued 1130 AM April 17: Passport Picked 3 PM
