This is my first H1B. I appeared for interview on 6th April 2018 at Mumbai US consulate. I was previously on F1 Student visa and OPT.
After the interview VO returned the passport with Yellow slip asking for 2 years of Employer Tax documents and my role and duties in the In house project. I emailed the documents the same day. No response till date except for the document received automated acknowledgment. Its been 3 weeks now.
I have been tracking CEAC site since then but no updates until now it still shows Administrative Processing.
Earlier on US Travel docs when I logged in I saw message as 'Your passport is still with embassy'
Now it has changed to Document Delivery Information with no info.
Pasport Status shows "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted".
However, I feel these status on US Travel Docs is not relevant when the passport has not been collected.
Please let me know if anyone in similar situation. It is really worrying.
