1. Complete I-797, I-129 petition, Labor condition application and cover letter submitted to DHS with the petition application.
2. Internal Project Description: Include the project technical description, budget, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned, and worksite location.
3. Petitioner's federal tax returns for the last two years.
4. List of petitioner's employees: Provide a notarized list of all employees with each employee's name, specific job title, yearly salary, immigration status, and employment start and end dates.
5. Beneficiary's educational documents.
6. Beneficiary's resume listing prior work experience.
After submitting all the document on 26th April by my company, I received an email on 27th April from USTravelDocs to submit list of all employees in my office and LCA(which had been already submitted before).
Update on CEAC website still showing administrative process with the last update of my interview date.
