Mar 28: Fingerprints provided at OFC
Mar 29: Attended Interview, VO asked simple questions and handed over 221g White slip
Apr 2: Submitted all asked documents (I797, I129, LCA, Petition Application, Client Letter) via email to [email protected]. Email size less than 20mb. Received automated email response same time that submitted docs have been received.
Not a single update yet !
Tried contacting [email protected] & NVC many times but they are giving generic response and asking me to wait as case cannot be expedited :(
Online tracking status is not even getting updated a single time, still shows my Interview date only.
Waiting to get my H1 Visa renewed as have to join back at work asap.
