Background: I recently joined a French company in Unites states as a Biomedical Engineer. I had to come to France on Job training on 14th May 2018. Since, I changed my employer and my current visa was about to expire on 30th June; I decided to go for stamping at Paris consulate:
Problem:
I got appointment on June 1st. During the interview consular asked couple of question regards to my Job location and roles. After listening my role i.e. Biomedical Engineer he asked my CV which I didn't have that time. He asked me to submit CV through email. He gave me a paper ( Kind of white sheet) and ticked the option require additional documents. I submitted my CV on same day and submitted again on June 5th with some other additional information. After the interview Ccnsular offcier returned my I797 and kept my passport and Job offer letter
But, I had to ask my passport back on June 13th in order to get extension on my Schengen visa. I got my PP and Job offer letter after 3 days.
