Hey Guys,
i am sailing in this dreaded 221g boat and i see no hope. this is what happened. any suggestions or tips for me, please let me know. as of now my mind has stopped working.
1. H1B extension drop box date - 12th feb 2018
2. got my passport back with a white slip to appear for interview - 16th feb
3. interview date - 20th feb
the VO asked a bunch of general questions like who is your employer, how long have you been with them, what is your role and then said everything looks good but handed me with a white slip and requested a bunch of documents to be emailed at HLPROCESSING (lca, company's last 2 years tax returns, I797 and client letter) when i told her my client does not give out letter she said submit the contract between your vendor and client
4. collected all the documents and submitted - 20th feb
5. received email saying need client letter from ustraveldocs - 18th Apr
6. submitted client docs (org chart) - 23rd Apr
no response since then, been waiting hopelessly
