Hi, I have attended VISA intertview on 26th-July hyderabad consulate. After asking few questions the VO gave me an white slip-221g said need more time to process the case along with the case number.
1)Received a call from FPUHYD they asked me few questions. Finally given an emain to send some documents LCA, client letter, My previous H1B denail. on 09th Aug.
2) My previous transfer denied then i returned to inida.
3) Filed fresh petition with new client got an approved petition i797.
4) What are the possibilites of approving my visa?
5) client received a questionaire on 7th sept.
6) got an email from hydADMIN to submit my passport on 11th sept.... so wiatiing for response again.
7)Its been 1month no status update on my passport... anybody in the same boat ?? please help me what to do next??
8) Oh my god!, Finally my visa approved on 9th -Oct-2018.
9) Collected my passport on 11th-Oct-2018.
10) Be positive and patience, and hope for the Best!
