I went for H1b Stamping on Aug 10th 2018, Below are the questions asked by VO. Who is your petitioner? answered

Do you have client letter? Answered
I told I got Statement of work with me, and then I gave and he had a look and asked does it have your name mentioned in it, I told no then he gave it back.
What is your salary? Answered
After this he handover 221G letter mentioning you need to email the client letter stating your name and they are expecting to work with you.
27/09/2018 - received mail from uscis to submit the passport
04/10/2018 - status date upated on CEAC
05/10/2018 - status date updated also status changed from Ap to Issued.
05/10/2018 - passport has been received from consular session and being processed for delivery
08/10/2018 - received mail to pickup passport for me and spouse.
09/10/2018 - received mail to pickup son's passport -- No worries it s a matter if time.. everyone will get for sure.
