Third H1B Interview. VO asked basic questions (employer, salary etc). He asked me resume for more clarity on the job profile. Finally he issued a pink slip to submit all the documents (Employer verification letter, resume, job description etc) . I submitted all documents the next day. I am working directly for the employer.
