hi I am US citizen and i have applied green card for my father and mother . they have different date of interview my father did the interview and got refused under the section 221g and on the slip it is marked on i-864 and w2 and i864a which i have already sumitted expect i864a do i have to summited i864a because my joint sponsor is my father in law and we dont leave in same house he leaves in different states.and i have joint tax file i didnt summited i864a because my wife is unemployed since one yrs.so do i have to file i864a with my wife with new i864??i have no idea, when i went to lawyer he told me to make i864a with my father in law. will that we ok because he dont stay with us. do my joint sponsor need to file i864a with his wife??becuse he also have joint tax file??please help me to with my papers i am totally lose..
