I was in US for 6Yrs, worked for one company, completed my full 6yrs of H1 and came back. After, 3 Yrs, i again applied for H1B through small consultancy, got picked in the lottery. I never had any issues with my previous H1B.
I went for Interview on 3/Mar/2017. Interview was simple. basic queries, Job detail, Location, Client, Salary, etc, 2 questions to my wife.
VO, stuck to one question, my company filed labor with Parent company and petition with subsidiary, i did answer the same, she was not convinced, she went inside to enquire further, after 5 mins she came back and told me to wait. waited for 1 hr, she came back and told me, at this time we are not able to arrive at the decision, we will need further processing, she returned all my documents and gave me Blue form ticked with Admin processing.
In June, status was updated, thats when USCIS visited my employer and client, my client submitted all the required documents, they said all good. Since then, no updates
