Can you please let me know if anyone gone through the same scenario or let me know what can we do here?
I went for drop box on Feb-14th and Feb 20th I got an email that passport is ready for pickup. I picked up on Feb-22nd and I got 221G and they asked me to attend for an interview. I attended interview on 26th. In interview they asked whether I overstayed in US and I didnt and they checked the documents and they mentioned that something wrong in the system and they took my passport. After that on March-1st they asked why did I overstayed on 2011. But actually I havent overstayed and sent the I-94,H1B extended copy. Till now my status shows up as "Admin process". When I tried to contact consulate I am getting the template. I tried with congressmen too but they are also getting the same template saying that we will contact you once the admin process gets completed
Its been almost 9 months but I dont know when i am going to get the update from consulate.
What else we can do here?
