This is my first H1B stamping. Documents- 1-Complete I-797, I-129 petition ,LCA and Cover Letter 2-I-539 for When I change from H4 to H1B and start working (But my employer never filed I-539 and when i received my first petition its already came with status change so i submitted that copy) 3-Client Letter,Itinerary of services and Contract. 4-Resume listing prior work experience. No update since then, Client has not been contacted yet.So if anybody is having the same situation please update here.
