VISA interview in Mumbai-9/Oct/2018. Interviewer asked me- 1. What is your company name. I told him my company name. His response was- Is it a real company? . I said, yes Sir. My company is US based and established since past 10 yrs.His response was- Let me check the details. 2. When he was checking details, i said i can show your taxes paid by my company and my last 10 years tax payment documents. But interviewer ignored my statements. 3. After reading on his computer Interviewer said- Is it your 2nd stamping with same employer? I said- Yes Sir. 4. He asked- my client, my job responsibilities and my qualification. I answered all and he made notes 5.When interviewer making notes, i showed him my approved I-797 6.Interviewer said- We'd need to investigate your employers details,so pl.send me the list of all the documents and wrote Yellow slip. 7.I told him,my kids education might hamper. He said,this process will take 4 weeks & didn't take pp.submitted all docs.BUT No response yet
