12/23 - I received a fingerprint appointment for 12/27. I would have been travelling out of the country for that date. The next day I went to my appointed service centre 5 mins before they were scheduled to open and asked to have my biometrics processed that day. I brought my travel documents with me and explained that I had pre-arranged travel booked. The service centre were great and agreed to immediately process me saving me from having to reschedule
3/8/19: AP was denied as we left the country during the pending phase, despite advice from our lawyer that it was OK. It appears USCIS are taking a different view of this.
07/09/19: Interview conducted. Questions on past travel and job duties. Interviewer notified me that my case was approved and my card should arrive in 2 weeks.
