1st Time H1B || Employer - Client Model || Direct Petition Approval without RFE
Nov 1st: Biometrics at Chennai VAC
Nov 2nd:
- Attended H1 Interview for self & H4 for wife & kid
- Questions abt Petitioner, Client, Job Loc, Emp or Client Loc, Salary, Job duties etc
- Asked if I had a client letter which I didn't have but provided an exhibit from MSA which indicated the contractual relationship
- VO gave us the rights pamphlet but then provided us yellow slip and asked to be wait until called back
- Was called after 45 mins to the same window and was given 221(g) with no documents requested and asked us to wait until we receive an email from the consulate
Jan 25th: 12 weeks. Sill in AP.
Feb 22nd: 16 weeks . Still in AP. Same state.
March 8th: 18 weeks - Got an email from consulate that my petition is being sent back to USCIS for review. Not sure whats the cause.
Fingers crossed - God knows what the outcome is. Keep me in your prayer guys!!
