Had to drop box on Dec 13 th . We got a message to collect the passport on Dec 14 . We knew something was wrong . We go a blue slip asking for client letter . Went today to interview and submitted the letter . The vo asked usual questions and put a post it on the documents saying they need further admin processing and returned the passport . No idea when this is going to be resolved
Update : 12/19 client got call and replied positively
12/26 received mail to submit passport and did on the same day
12/27 First status update on ceac website
12/28 status changed to issued
Received mail to pick up the passport and picked up with Visa stamped
