I have been on H1B since 4 year 2 months with I140 approved. I work on EVC model.
Due to Family emergency, i came to India(leave my wife and daughter in USA) and attended Interview at Chennai and got 221G Blue Slip.
During interivew - they asked basic question and collected below documents
Client letter, Vendor letter, I129, 2 month payslip, W2 and Returned my passport.
VO said they don't need any other documents and asked me to check my status online.
Status still showing as Administrative process from 14 days
My client not allow me to work remotely and don't know how many days they will wait for me. Till now no client verification done by USCIS.
Don't know what to do now.
