Second time H1 stamping. First stamping in 2013. Traveled last month to India and went for H1 Interview

Asked basic questions. Collected all my documents, took a photocopy and returned all the documents along with the passport. Also gave me a blue slip and the option 'Your application is refused for administrative processing' was selected. When I asked how long this would take, VO said she does not know the timeline. Also mentioned they do not need any documents from me. If required they would send me an email.
