This is my 3rd H1B stamping. I have I-140 approved with the previous employer. Currently working in the EC model. Traveled to India on a Family emergency (my mother passed away) on 10/28/2018.
11/07/2018: Availed drop box and submitted the passports (self and dependents)
11/15/2018: Received email to pick up the passport
11/16/2018: Collected passports back with 221g blue slip asking to appear for the interview.
11/29/2018: Attended the interview with the supporting documents (invoices, manager letter, SOW). VO asked for the client letter and he gave another 221g to email the client letter, and other documents (MSA, project, market analysis, etc).
12/20/2018: My employer took a while to review and finally sent all the documents.
Last week of Jan/2019: USCIS contacted client and client responded
02/05/2019: Got email to submit passport and submitted on the same day.
02/07/2019: Got email to collect the passport. Visa Stamped and collected on the day.
