Second H1B stamping.
FTE, mostly with top 3 tech company (except last one, social media company)
Never visited any middle eastern country, No criminal history.

18 June 2018 - Visa appointment for H1 (and H4) - VO said visa approved
19 June 2018 - Received email, need more info to process visa (DS-5535 form)
21 June 2018 - Sent the filled DS-5535 to the consulate.
There was no update on my case, all the passports were retained by the Consulate.
After waiting for 7 months, I thought there might be a bias due to the social media company I was working with.
In the meantime, my previous employer (Top 3 tech company) offered me to come back and I accepted it. withdrew the visa application and applied through the new company (attorney took care of it
10 Jan 2019 -Visa apt for H1 (and H4) - VO said visa approved
15 Jan 2019 - Again email to submit DS-5535
16 Jan 2019 - Rcvd wife/kid's passport with stamped visa
21 Aug 2019 - Approved
