I filed I130 on sep 2016 in California USCIS office , when i was green card holder, now I am citizen ( been citizen on oct 12 2018 ). My case has been to transfer to nebsraka office from California now it is in local office of New York city. it has been more than 6 month in New York office field and still pending . Did inquired 3 time, 2 time asked help to senator and also call so to USCIS about the case. no good result. :(
