Had my interview on Feb 13th. It is my first time H1b and first one for my company as well.
My interview went okay, gave me a yellow slip. I waited for an hour, I was called and interview by another lady. Later the VO called me and gave me a blue slip and returned my passport.
The blue slip had only one check mark -They want the Federal tax returns of my company which my company submitted on 02/15/2019.
March 5th - My Employer reached out to the consulate asking for the status. The consulate responded asking for my basic details and the G28 form. I am not sure why they would need G28 because it would be provided to USCIS during petition time. Anyone, any idea why ?
04/15 - It is 60 days today and still in AP
05/14 - Case Update Date updated the 1st time to May 13th(exactly (90 days)
05/17 - Received another 221g asking to provide Job description and other details.
06/12 - 3rd 221g asking Marketing Analysis and other docs.
08/19 - No updates, this is so frustrating!
