1. First time H1-B stamping (F-1 ->OPT->stemOPT-> H1-B)
2. Work directly for the employer (no client)
3. On checking visa status online using case number, the status says "Issued" on Jan 24th but using DS160 application ID, the status has been showing AP since interview date Jan 23rd.
I don't understand why there are 2 different status.

Jan 28 - Documents emailed (i797, LCA, Cover letter, I-129, project description and petitioner's federal tax return)
Feb 12 - AP (first update after Jan 23)
March 11 (approx date)- Still in AP (employer received email for verification)
March 29 - Received email to submit passport at VAC.
April 1 - Submitted passport at VAC.
April 2 - Case Last Updated date changed to April 2 (status still in AP).
April 3 - Case status changed to Issued.
April 4 - Passport collected.
