VO asked basic questions such as salary, employer name, my designation, duties, years of marriage, and asked kid about the school and grade. After waiting for about 3-5 minutes on computer screen, she handed over the Blue slip saying my application would require further processing and handed over me a blue slip asking details including resumes along with employer financial support letter from usa office. She apologized several times in between due to slow response on her computer, so I had high hope everything is going alright until she handed over the 221G slip along with passports and I797. I have been employed in the same Company and in the same office for 5 years on L1B. This is a case of L1B to H1B transfer. Has anyone come across this situation, and how long did it take to get the resolution?
