Hi All,
I work in EVVC model and have been working in the US over the past 10 years, the VO asked regular questions about my masters and my employer, she asked for a client letter and I told her it is against the client's policy and I have an email from my manager stating the same, she took my vendor letter/pay stubs/w2's/lca/I-129 and said she needs to validate and will need some time and asked me to wait for some more time, I waited for about 30-45 mins and was called again, the VO said unfortunately we will need more details to process this and handed me a white slip requesting for Client letter,Contracts between the vendors and the end client and a complete itinerary of services or engagements.
I submitted all of the documents minus the client letter ( attached the client email ), this uncertainty is really killing me, I have never been much of a poster, but i see the value in this now atleast for the sake of others. Will update this when the case is updated any further.
