Jan 4th 2019: Attended Visa interview. VO asked all the generic questions and asked for all the supporting documents like G28, LCA, W2s, and client letter. She asked why my W2 was low last year. The reason was maternity leave and explained it to her.
I was kept waiting for few min and called back and gave the 221g letter with administrative processing checked in. No documents asked and passport returned
Jan19th 2019: Client received a letter asking to confirm if they have issued the letter or not. client responded a couple of days later.
Feb 5th 2019: Received email from the consulate with another 221g to submit additional documentation from me and my petitioner. The employer took some time to submit the documents and we submitted on 28th Feb.
Mar 11th 2019: Received another 221g asking for one more document from the petitioner and we submitted in a day.
Mar 28th 2019: Received another email asking for renewed contract with client.
So stressful !
