Attended VISA Interview on April 3rd, Consulate asked below docs.
1) USCIS Docs -> -797B,I-129,LCA
2) Current SoW b/w ( My employer and Client )
3)Job Opening with Job Description from client's personnel department
4)Detailed Description of Project including
a) Technical description
b) Employer
c) Timeline
d) Current Status
e) Number of Employees assigned with their names
f)Work location
g) Marketing Analysis of Final product.
5) Itinerary Services or engagements of my work in US with the details of employers and their addresses, duration of my work with each employers in US (including internal and client
I got my i797 approval with my employer work location, but I got the opportunity to work in client place. it is location change , So, I went with new approved LCA to work in client location and client letter along with regular documents for VISA interview.
But still they issued 221g with above docs.
It is approved on July 18th. Got PP with Stamping
