I work in Employer Client model and this is my third extension , .
1. Was eligible for dropbox , So submitted my passport for stamping on March 10th .
2. Received passport on March 19th with slip that my Visa has been denied under 221g and asked to appear for interview .
3. Appeared for interview on 26th , was asked basic question :
a. About my project , work .
b. My salary
c. My education
and handed me yellow 221 g slip to submit the documents .
Docs requested :
a. copy of contract between me and petitioner
b.Copy of contract between petitioner ( employer) and client.
c. Clinet letter specifying vacancy for me .
My petitioner submitted all these 3 documents on 28th . Have not received any update .
My client letter has email , So I reached to my client to inquire if anyone from USICS or Consulate reached out . So far no one has reached out.
No update as of today 04/12 .
Received email for final processing on 05/13 .
Submitted passport on 05/15 .
