Second H1B stamping with 221g processing for TAL clearance. Documents requested during interview include resume, list of publications, contact details of inviting company, funding source and travel history. Submitted to travel docs and received a notification immediately. Contacted DOS a week later and was told that "processing is happening on normal timeline".

I had the same kind of timing for my previous 221g that happened in November 2017. It looks like 4-5 weeks if you have a regular TAL clearance.
