I had been arrested and charged with DUI and Accident related charges and it was back in 2015.
4/2: Travelled to India and appeared in the interview. I have been issued 221(g) and asked to submit everything I can including arrest report, final court disposition. I have been instructed to do the panel physician, physical/Pyscho evaluation and blood tests
4/3: Completed the tests on 4/3
4/5: My side docs and Apollo(panel physician) were submitted
5/15: Still pending.
5/1: So far no update
6/12: No update
6/25: No update(or still the same updated from Consulate)
