H1B renewal. Interview first time 2014 and Dropbox for the second time in 2015. I140 apprvd
Dropbox on Feb 25 th in Bangalore.
March 8 with a Blue Slip to attend Interview.
Interview on Mar 12th in Chennai consulate
- Asked for 797,i28, and Client letter
- I submitted all but for Client letter i had an email from Client HR that they don't give client letter. I am at EVVC model so had Employer letter, and 2 Vendors letter so provided that.
- After an hour, I was told again my Visa is under 221g with a blue slip but no document to submit.
- My employer got queries on April 5 and submitted on April 9. The questions were like Who is my end client, job duties , location of work. By this time my client had given me a Client letter. So employer submitted that as well.
- March 25th and April 12th client was contacted.
- 24 th April request for passport submission - 26th submitted
- May 1 - First time status updated to Issued
