We received a green slip first, then got an email to resubmit our passports( no documents asked), then we got another white 221g slip asking us to undergo medical examination(no idea why, no history, no dui nothing), we resubmitted our passorts as requested in the white slip alongwith receipts of the medical exam.
Our passports has been with the embassy for 27 working days now, no status update on CEAC website , only change was the last updated date which changed to 10-may-2019.
Has anyone here been through a similar situation? Does anyone know for how long can the embassy/consulate hold passports?
